Registration
Question : How do register as a job seeker?
Answer :
Step 1. Click on the Job Seeker button on the menu bar.
Step 2. Click on the hyper link Not yet registered? Sign up now.
Step 3. That will take you to the Registration page. Please complete the form (two pages). This will take you a few minutes to complete the process.
Step4. At the bottom of the second Registration page, you will be required to upload your Word format CV. Please upload your CV only. (So you need to have your Word format CV on the computer hard drive or on a flash disk.)
For the sake of easy recollection, please your own Email ID as the User ID. You can put any password combination with at least six alphabetical and/or numerical characters of your choice. However, we advise you to put a password different from your actual Email Password, as a standard security measure.
Once you are registered with www.futureoptionsug.com you can log on any time using your User Name and Password.
Job Search
Question : How do I search jobs?
Answer :
Step 1. Please click on the Hot Jobs button on top of the page or on View All Jobs on right hand side panel. Job listing will appear.
Step 2. Please click on any of the listed jobs to get the full details.
Applying online
Question : How do I apply for a job online?
Answer : You need to be a registered job seeker to apply for a job.
Step 1. Please click on ‘Apply Now’ button appearing below each job
Step 2. Provide the User ID (your email address) and the password which you had used for registration.
Step 3. Complete the covering letter (You can edit the covering letter as necessary) and click Apply.
The application process is complete and the advertiser of the vacancy receives your application along with your Profile and Resume instantly.
Question : Do I need to apply online every time when a suitable job is advertised?
Answer : Yes. You need to apply online every time when you find a suitable job advertised on www.futureoptionsug.com However, you need not register every time. Register once, and you can apply for different jobs from time to time.
Updating Your Resume
Question : How do I update/edit my resume (CV) online
Answer :
Step 1. Click on Job seekers button on the menu bar
Step 2. Enter your user name and password. A page will open and you will click on My Resume on the left hand side
Step 3. Browse to upload your updated CV. The old one will automatically be replaced
Updating Registration Details
Question : Should I update/edit my profile?
Answer : Yes. It is recommended that you update your Profile and resume regularly. This will ensure that you have a greater chance of getting short-listed as an updated profile is what recruiters prefer.
Question: How do I update/edit my profile online?
Answer :
Step 1. Click on Job Seekers and enter your user name and password
Step 2. Click on Edit Registration Details
Step 3. You can edit our profile on the two pages
Changing Password
Step 1. Click on Job seekers button on the menu bar
Step 2. Enter your user name and password. A page will open and you will click on Change Password on the left hand side
Step 3. Enter the New password and log off
No Fees Payable
Registration, job search and application is absolutely free of cost. Job seekers need not pay for these services at any point of time.
